The meeting was chaired by Chairman Zhao Zhenghe. The main focus of the meeting revolved around how newly hired employees in various departments and at different positions could better integrate into the company—into its culture and into their work. Everyone opened up and actively engaged in discussions.

Relevant personnel attending the meeting actively provided guidance and spoke freely.

(1) Guide newcomers to positively understand the company’s values.

When onboarding new employees, we should subtly and naturally convey the company’s values through both words and actions. During work, encourage new hires to actively embody these corporate values, and proactively remind them of the “red lines” that the company has clearly defined. It’s not enough just to emphasize these points repeatedly; we should also spend more time chatting and communicating with new employees to truly understand their thoughts and perspectives. Once new hires fully grasp and embrace the company’s values, they’ll develop a strong sense of belonging and stability.

(2) Help newcomers develop a proper career outlook and cultivate good professional habits.

In the workplace, help newcomers develop a proper professional outlook and cultivate professional work habits—this means standardizing, normalizing, and institutionalizing one’s work attitude. Specifically, it involves adhering to established behavioral norms, demonstrating appropriate professional ethics, and possessing the job-specific skills that are commensurate with the role.

(3) Set goals and achieve them step by step.

Be goal-oriented and clearly communicate to newcomers the objectives they need to achieve within a specific timeframe. For each of these goals, outline a step-by-step implementation plan. Having clear goals prevents you from tackling everything at once without any focus or priorities.

(4) Conduct timely post-event reviews and make corrections, while fostering inclusivity and encouraging proactive thinking.

Share your accumulated work insights generously with newcomers. Newcomers not only need experience and knowledge, but more importantly, they need to gain hands-on experience and have opportunities to actually do things themselves. Therefore, we must continually create opportunities for them, giving them chances to practice and enabling them to think independently.

Encourage more and criticize less—this is how you empower new employees to take bold initiatives and dare to innovate. Encouraging them to think independently and explore different approaches to achieving the same goal—that’s the essence of effective leadership.

This marks the second consecutive year that the company has set a new record for its first-quarter shipment volume, ensuring a successful and promising start to spring shipments and supply assurance!

At the start of the new year, the Zhongchuang Xingyuan service team completed shipments totaling 32,523 tons in January. Of this amount, 9,802 tons were shipped from January 1.25 to January 1.31, setting both a new monthly shipment record and a new weekly shipment record for Xingyuan in January.
