Through this centralized WeChat Work training, the company’s business team has gained a deeper understanding of WeChat Work’s basic knowledge, usage methods, and operational standards, thereby enhancing their ability to work efficiently and precisely. This will further strengthen the company’s business team’s service level for different clients.


To further advance the company’s business echelon management system and ensure that standardized management efforts are efficient, unified, and accurate, Zhongchuang Xingyuan organized a centralized training session for the Enterprise WeChat business team on February 8, based on the company’s annual work requirements and in alignment with the company’s 2022 plan to enhance service quality.

For this training session, the company invited Beijing Chenfeng Information Technology Co., Ltd. to deliver the instruction. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Feng, Assistant to the General Manager. Attending the meeting were Ms. Yuan, Director of the Human Resources Department; Mr. Liu, Director of the Finance Department; Mr. Cheng, Director of the Foreign Trade Department; and other company staff members involved in business operations.

WeChat Work is an enterprise communication and office tool developed by the WeChat team at Tencent. It offers a communication experience that’s consistent with WeChat, a wide range of OA applications, and the ability to connect to the WeChat ecosystem. It helps enterprises connect internally, engage with ecosystem partners, and reach consumers. It features professional collaboration, robust security management, and a “people-as-service” approach.

For businesses, WeChat Work integrates multiple communication methods, supporting corporate-paid phone calls for internal employees, high-definition and stable video conferencing, and professional, convenient enterprise email services. This facilitates efficient communication with both customers and colleagues. At the same time, WeChat Work enables real-time monitoring of chat content—including text, videos, images, and voice messages—and ensures that all records are permanently saved and backed up. Should any disputes arise between an employee and the company or between an employee and a customer, the company can promptly access and review the message logs at any time.

Through this centralized WeChat Work training, the company’s business team has gained a deeper understanding of WeChat Work’s basic knowledge, usage methods, and operational standards, thereby enhancing their ability to work efficiently and precisely. This will further strengthen the company’s business team’s service level for different clients.

Meanwhile, through careful study of WeChat Work and active discussions among middle-level managers within the company, a consensus has been reached. This has unified thinking for the standardized use of WeChat Work going forward, optimized processes, standardized methodologies, enhanced efficiency, and ensured quality. Company employees are now more confident that they can efficiently and successfully achieve the 2022 goal of improving the company’s service quality.

This marks the second consecutive year that the company has set a new record for its first-quarter shipment volume, ensuring a successful and promising start to spring shipments and supply assurance!

At the start of the new year, the Zhongchuang Xingyuan service team completed shipments totaling 32,523 tons in January. Of this amount, 9,802 tons were shipped from January 1.25 to January 1.31, setting both a new monthly shipment record and a new weekly shipment record for Xingyuan in January.
